Snod
Snod: A Scots word for "Neat and Tidy"
A voice-first Kanban assistant for solo shop owners, makers, and technicians.
Its single guiding question: "What should I work on next?"
Built for people who work with gloved or dirty hands. Manage your entire workflow through Siri without touching your device. Send a job to a customer or subcontractor in iMessage; they send completion photos back when it's done.
Built for the shop floor
Every action is reachable without touching your device. Add tasks, check what's next, or mark work complete. All by voice.
Four columns: Backlog, Work In Progress, Waiting, and Done. Drag to rearrange, swipe to move, or ask Siri to do it for you.
Flag a task as an emergency and it instantly floats to the top of every view and every voice response. No fuss.
Block tasks on prerequisites. Snod prevents moving a task to Work In Progress until everything blocking it is resolved.
Hand off a job as a Snod card: title, description, and your contact info, no images attached. The recipient imports it to their board; when they mark it Done, they can send back completion photos, files, and a link. Share links auto-expire after 30 days (iCloud housekeeping); your boards are unaffected once imported.
Attach up to five photos and ten files to any task: reference images, invoices, spec sheets, and job-site details, right where you need them.
Color-code your own work in Settings. Shared tasks carry the sender's category too (shown as a second stripe on the card) and live as their label on your board until the last related task is deleted.
Your board syncs across your devices through your private iCloud account. No separate sign-up, no third-party servers.
